Shipping Policy

All products are custom-made through our fulfillment partner, Printful (a print-on-demand service). Shipping involves two critical stages: Fulfillment and Shipping.

Fulfillment Time (Production)

 

This is the time it takes Printful to create your custom product.

• Estimated Time: Typically takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order before it is shipped.

• Note: This time is an estimate and may increase during peak seasons.

Shipping Time (Transit)

 

This begins after fulfillment is complete. Shipping estimates are provided by Printful and the carrier.

• Example Estimates:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

International Orders & Fees

 

• Customs/Duties: International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival. These fees are set by the destination country's customs agency and are the responsibility of the customer (recipient). We have no control over these charges.

Incorrect Address

 

• If an order is returned to Printful due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item once we have confirmed an updated address.
