Due to the nature of custom, print-on-demand products, we maintain a strict policy of no returns or exchanges for non-fault issues.

We only offer refunds or replacements if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error.

Printful-Covered Issues (Replacements/Refunds Offered)

 

You are eligible for a replacement or a full refund if the item meets one of the following criteria:

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangeable Issues (No Returns Accepted)

 

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: The customer simply changed their mind.

  • Incorrect Size Ordered: The customer selected the wrong size (please refer to our size charts).

  • Incorrect Color Ordered: The customer selected the wrong color.

  • Address Errors: Packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

  2. A clear description of the problem.

  3. Mandatory: Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
